URBAN Vulnerability

During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The DANGEROUS EXperiences OF the Most At-Risk Groups in the Largest Cities

Welcome!

The central theme of this website is centered around examining the health experiences of the most vulnerable in large-city, urban areas. The specific groups that we address are minorities, the elderly, low-income households, and essential workers. Although we mainly focus on sharing the experiences of these groups through our blog posts, we have also included a mini-gallery of images representing many of the themes that are expressed throughout the blog. Similarly, you can find a section of virtual interviews where residents of larger cities discuss their experience with COVID-19. We hope that this website serves as an educational and insightful tool for truly understanding the cast-out and forgotten who are the most impacted by this virus. Please take your time to visit each section and enjoy!
